Graduate of the University of Chicago in economics and the Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University. Admitted in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.

Of Counsel to the New Jersey law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
